Seasons
Living and Loving Through the Seasons of Change
Life moves in cycles.
There are seasons of growth.
Seasons of loss.
Seasons of courage.
Seasons of rest.
And sometimes we find ourselves standing in the middle of change without a map.
What Sets Our Retreats Apart
Seasons is a powerful 5-day experiential retreat designed to help participants navigate life’s transitions with courage, clarity, and community.
Using the metaphor of the natural seasons, Winter, Spring, Summer, and Fall, this immersive retreat guides participants through a deeply transformational journey of reflection, healing, and renewal.
Through experiential group work, meditation, nature-based practices, and guided reflection, participants explore the deeper patterns shaping their lives and discover how to move forward with greater authenticity and purpose.
This retreat is not about fixing yourself.
It is about learning to live and love through every season of life.
Why Seasons?
Many people feel stuck in life transitions.
Divorce.
Career changes.
Loss and grief.
Relationship struggles.
Questions of identity and purpose.
The truth is that change is not the problem.
Change is the nature of life.
What most of us were never taught is how to walk through change with wisdom and support.
The Seasons retreat creates a safe and intentional environment where participants can explore:
• grief and loss
• identity and purpose
• relationships and connection
• fear and courage
• healing from past wounds
• reclaiming creativity and vitality
In community, participants discover that transformation does not happen alone.
We heal in relationship.
The Retreat Journey
The Retreat Journey
The Seasons retreat follows a five-day transformational arc inspired by the cycles of nature.
Fall – Letting Go and Harvesting Wisdom
We begin by reflecting on the season that has brought us here. Fall invites us to harvest the lessons of our lives while gently releasing what no longer serves us. Participants explore the patterns, relationships, and beliefs that may be ready to change.
Winter – Honoring What Is Ending
Winter asks us to slow down and listen deeply. In this quieter season, participants acknowledge loss, grief, and the truths that may have been waiting to be seen. This stage creates space for rest, reflection, and honest connection with the heart.
Spring – Awakening Possibility
As the ground begins to thaw, new insights and possibilities start to emerge. Participants reconnect with hope, creativity, and the seeds of new beginnings. Spring is a time of curiosity, growth, and rediscovering what wants to come alive.
Summer – Stepping Into Full Expression
In the final phase, participants are invited to embody the wisdom of their journey. Summer represents vitality, courage, and full expression. This stage focuses on integration, exploring what it means to live more fully aligned with one’s truth and purpose.
By the end of the retreat, participants often experience:
• deeper self-awareness
• emotional release and healing
• renewed direction and purpose
• authentic connection with others
• practical tools for navigating change

The Power of Retreat
Stepping away from daily life allows the nervous system to settle and the deeper layers of our experience to emerge.
Research in psychology and neuroscience shows that intentional group environments can accelerate insight, emotional healing, and meaningful life change.
But beyond the science, there is something ancient about gathering in community to share our stories.
It reminds us that we are not alone in our journey.
