Our Retreats
What began as a personal quest for truth has grown into a circle of retreats where people come together to face what is real, reclaim their courage, and return home to themselves.
About Our Retreats
A Place to Remember What Matters
In a world that moves faster every year, many of us feel disconnected from ourselves, from each other, and from the deeper wisdom of the heart.
Our retreats were created as a response to that longing.
They are spaces where people can step out of the noise of everyday life and enter a circle of reflection, connection, and transformation. Here, we slow down. We listen. We remember.
At an Agni Eagle retreat, growth happens not just through talking or thinking, but through experience. Through ritual, reflection, conversation, and courageous honesty, participants rediscover the clarity, strength, and compassion that already live within them.
Our retreats are designed around a simple truth:
We are wounded in relationship, and we heal in relationship.
Whether you join us for a weekend immersion or a deeper multi-day journey, each retreat offers a safe and supportive space to explore your story, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and walk forward with greater authenticity.
What began as a passion project has evolved into something more. We’re proud of where we’ve been and even more excited for what’s ahead.
What sets us apart isn’t just our process—it’s the intention behind it. We take time to understand, explore, and create with purpose at every turn.
We currently offer two core retreat formats designed for different levels of depth and immersion. Awakening The Heart and Seasons.
Our Retreat Experiences
Awakening the Heart
A 2.5-Day Transformational Retreat Series
Awakening the Heart is a powerful weekend retreat designed to help participants reconnect with the wisdom, courage, and compassion of the human heart.
Each retreat in the series explores a unique theme, from healing family wounds to embracing personal courage, but the structure remains the same: a guided arc of reflection, emotional exploration, and embodied experience.
Participants gather in community to explore the realities of being human—love, grief, fear, hope, and transformation.
Through group experiences, guided practices, and honest dialogue, participants often rediscover something essential that may have been buried beneath the pressures of life.
What Makes This Retreat Unique
Each Awakening the Heart retreat follows the same transformative arc:
• Arrival and Opening Circle – Setting intention and creating a sacred container
• Deep Exploration – Engaging the retreat theme through group experiences and reflection
• Heart Awakening – Reconnecting with emotional truth and personal insight
• Integration – Turning insight into meaningful change
Every retreat theme offers a different doorway into the same essential journey:
Remembering who we are beneath the stories we carry.
These retreats are ideal for people who are:
• Seeking emotional healing and personal clarity
• Feeling stuck or disconnected from their purpose
• Wanting meaningful connection with others
• Curious about experiential personal growth work
• Ready to explore their life with honesty and courage
Awakening the Heart retreats typically run Friday evening through Sunday afternoon, creating a powerful and accessible container for transformation.
Seasons
A 5-Day Immersion into the Cycles of Life
While Awakening the Heart offers powerful weekend experiences, Seasons is our deeper flagship retreat.
This five-day immersive journey invites participants to explore life through the timeless wisdom of nature’s cycles: Fall, Winter, Spring, and Summer.
Just as nature moves through cycles of change, so do we.
Each season represents a stage of personal transformation.
Participants walk through these stages together, exploring the endings, uncertainty, possibility, and courage that shape every meaningful life transition.
The Journey Through the Seasons
Fall – Letting Go
We begin by acknowledging what is ending. Participants explore grief, release, and the courage required to face the truth of their lives.
Winter – The Inner Journey
Winter invites stillness and reflection. Participants listen deeply to their inner world and reconnect with the wisdom that emerges in quiet moments.
Spring – Awakening Possibility
New insights begin to emerge. Participants reconnect with creativity, hope, and the possibilities waiting to grow.
Summer – Full Expression
The journey culminates in courage and embodiment. Participants explore what it means to live more fully aligned with their truth.
By the end of the retreat, participants often experience:
• deeper emotional awareness
• powerful personal insights
• meaningful connection with others
• renewed purpose and direction
• practical tools for navigating life’s transitions
Seasons is designed for those ready to step more fully into the next chapter of their life.
The Agni Eagle Approach
All Agni Eagle retreats are rooted in a blend of:
• experiential group work
• contemplative practices
• storytelling and mythic frameworks
• emotional exploration
• community connection
Our approach integrates ancient wisdom traditions with modern psychological understanding, creating experiences that are both deeply meaningful and grounded in real human growth.
Participants are invited to explore their stories with honesty, compassion, and courage, always within a supportive and trauma-informed environment.
An Invitation
If you feel a quiet pull toward something deeper in your life…
If you are ready to reconnect with yourself and with others…
If you sense that there is more waiting for you than the life you have been living…
You are warmly invited into the circle.
Transformation does not happen alone.
It happens when we gather.
